We offer free shipping on every order across the United States — there is no minimum purchase required. We currently ship within the USA only.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location and the size of the item:

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Smaller items such as tent pegs, repair kits, and cleaning supplies typically ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Larger canvas tents and oversized items may ship via FedEx or freight carrier due to their size and weight.
Because canvas tents can be large and heavy, some orders may require oversized parcel or freight delivery. Freight deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment and a signature. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package using the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
We recommend inspecting your shipment upon delivery. Canvas tents and accessories should be checked for any visible damage before signing for freight deliveries. If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos and retain all original packaging. Contact us at info@tipitentcanvas.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
The price shown on each product page is the final price. We do not add sales tax at checkout.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping. If your shipping address is outside the United States, we will not be able to fulfill the order and will issue a full refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household members and neighbors first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
